Our Sous Vide Services

Sous vide cooking was introduced to chefs more than 10 years ago and has since taken the culinary world by storm. It has provided us with consistency, and excellent control of texture without losing its core flavors. 
Our default temperature will be at 55-58° celsius and timing depending on thickness, starting from 45 mins or so. Spatchcock chicken at 65° celsius for 4 hours. 

This technique minimalizes your cooking time at home and more time for the occasion. Do order from us now and choose sous vide!

Our services are free till the end of July, then we will be charging a flat $2.00 fee with every purchase from our It's Meat counter.
