To reserve our Dry Aged Prime Ribs, we will collect a deposit of $50 from you via website and will inform you of the total weight when the dry aging process has complete its course.
The remainder of the payment will then be sent to you via whatsapp or text, so do fill in your contact number during the order process.
Please note that the deposits are not refundable and the total payment for the item will have to fulfilled before delivery. Thank you for your kind understanding.

As part of handling raw meats and fresh products, we are unable to give a refund over online purchases after 1 day of the date of purchase. However, do call us if you have any issues regarding our products or delivery service as we would be happy to assist you.

Complimentary ice packs can be issued. Dispose ice packs upon
unpacking.
All meats & seafood are to be kept chilled and stored in the refrigerator/freezer until the day of cooking.
To enjoy the freshness of our products, kindly consume within 2-3 days of delivery. Otherwise, keep these frozen until it is required to be cooked.
